The Cut is a famous all day bar restaurant café inside the renowned Young Vic theatre in Waterloo. Over two floors the award winning building with an open-air terrace host an eclectic crowd of theatre-Goers, artists, suits, and locals.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and friendly BARTENDER to join our team.
FULL TIME position available only (No students or student visas).
You must be service orientated, hard-working, punctual and with an ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative.
Excellent spoken English and at least 12 months’ experience from a busy cafe or busy bar essential.

Hours of work: App. 45 hours per week, working on a Rota basis. Sundays off. 28 days holiday. Evening meal incl.

Shifts are mostly from 4 to close although some shifts may be from noon. Sundays off.
