Experienced barman / mixologist wanted to join the bar team of a boutique rock 'n' roll hotel situated in the heart of Soho. You must have a good knowledge of traditional cocktails and you will work directly with the GM creating new and exciting cocktails. Candidates must be able to work under pressure in a time sensitive environment whilst still achieving the high standards of performance required.
