We are 640 East, an independent pop-up coffee specialist and bar housed in 2 converted shipping containers in the heart of Canary Wharf.
We are currently looking to recruit a FULL TIME and PART TIME barista. We are seeking individuals who want to be involved in a young dynamic company that will bring their love and passion for coffee.
We want someone who enjoys hospitality and serving customers. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, consistent and reliable. Someone who takes pride in their work and is happy to continue to learn and evolve. Our customers are the most important thing to us, so its essential you can build relationships with our new and current customers.
No minimum experience is required, but any is welcomed. We offer you the ability to up skill both on site with us and with industry professionals.
All the experience without the exorbitant charges. The key is to have love for coffee and hospitality.
Must be punctual, with a professional outlook, and be able to work under your own initiative.
Customer service background with drive and enthusiasm to achieve highest levels of customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
Must be an enthusiastic team player and be able to work with other colleagues in a dynamic business.
High energy levels with a positive outlook and the ability to work under pressure and be able to take direction well.
