Following the success of our Prison Roastery, Redemption Roasters is now launching a coffee shop in Lamb's Conduit Street, Holborn, to bring our amazing coffee and story to the capital.
To do this we need some fantastic baristas, who are keen to develop their skills with our experienced team. With a Machinery Showroom, SCA school, and a Slayer Steam machine in the shop, this is a serious Barista's dream opportunity to Hone their skills. We want to be the absolute best at what we do, and we will bring that out in you too.
We are looking for;
- Talented baristas or very gregarious people
- Part time roles only
- People who want to get deeper into the coffee industry, such as tournaments or roastery roles
- Trustworthy, hardworking people who want to work in a small ethical business
- Anyone who takes a serious interest in our amazing project and is willing to learn
