In the style of classic American grills, the Hoxton Grill is a neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch, East London. With comfortable banquette seating, bar, lounge and outdoor space, it is the perfect place to meet and eat in a relaxed atmosphere.
Subsequently, the bar and lounge area comes alive when the night draws in with the Hoxton being one of the more popular late night venues in Shoreditch.
The Role.
We are currently looking for talented Baristas to join our growing team. The roles require passionate individuals who are willing to be challenged with the task of producing specialty standard coffee in a restaurant environment.
Working on a La Marzocco Strada or a La Marzocco PB with Simonelli Mythos One grinders.
Successful candidates will possess:Independent coffee shop/working with specialty coffee. Excellent understanding of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and basic coffee equipment maintenance. Ability to maintain the highest coffee and customer service standards. Ability to instruct and teach all bar staff with enthusiasm and passion.
Only those baristas eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the positions available.
