The Role:
We are looking for tea baristas and cafe staff to join our friendly South Kensington team.
- You will make our delicious and award winning matcha and tea drinks and desserts.
- Explain to customers about matcha / green tea and up sell to help reach our targets.
- Take customer takeaway orders
- Process payments on the till
- Arrange the cake display
- Attract new customers and retain loyal ones.
- Keep the section tidy
The Candidate:
- At least 1 years experience in a busy cafe / restaurant.
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Ability to upsell and enjoy speaking to customers.
- Knowledge of matcha and green tea / Japanese food beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to make latte milk and art ideal.
