London’s first Japanese cafe and matcha bar, Tombo in South Kensington is an established business that prides itself on creating healthy high quality food in a welcoming casual setting.
We are looking for experienced barista / drinks maker to join our team to make our award winning matcha drinks and teas.
The Role
- Making our unique matcha drinks and tea
- Using the till to process orders and handle payment transactions
- Explaining to customers about the type of each tea and how to use matcha
- Keeping the section and counter neat and presentable at all times
experience
- At least 1 years experience in a busy cafe in central London
- Ability to make latte milk efficiently is essential
- Knowledge of matcha and green tea preferable but not essential
- Brilliant customer service
- Ability to multi task and work quickly and effectively
