HOMEGROWN Cafe and Juice Bar is looking for a Supervisor with an interest in all things healthy to join our enthusiastic and ambitious team.
We are looking for a ‘hands-on’ individual with strong F and B background, a passion for food, events, people management and customer service. You will work closely with the Manager to maintain a high standard day to day.
JOB ROLE
• To ensure the smooth and efficient day to day operations of the cafe including stock management and hygiene levels
• Manage the team ensuring they are all trained on the menu, motivated and knowledgeable on all products, maintaining a high standard of customer service with assistance from Manager
• Maintaining high standard of all visual displays
• Ensure stock is always Topped up and communicate with manager when running low
• Ensuring stock rotation is adhered to at all times
• Working with the manager to produce an effective Rota
SKILLS NEEDED
• Appropriate food and hygiene certificate (not essential)
• At least 1 years experience in a similar role
• Can be a dynamic leader with the ability to develop and motivate yourself and a team
• Excellent communication skills and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility with hours as and when required, 35 (flexi) hour contract Monday to Sunday with some evenings included.
