Reynolds is a small independently run business with 2 cafes in the West End, open Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm (sorry you will get your weekends to yourself).
We have always been passionate about coffee and offer Antipodean style coffee using our own locally Hand Roasted blend. We use a Simonelli Aurelia machine and Mazzer Super Jolly Grinder in both shops.
We are now looking for a Barista and shop assistant to join our company to help us maintain our coffee standards and develop our team of Baristas.
You will be prepared to take on a variety of tasks in addition to making coffee and for the right candidates these positions can offer excellent career development as we expand our business.
Keys skills and experience required –
• Working in a fast paced environment producing consistently top quality coffee (and ensuring the team do the same)
• Working in and managing a team.
• Coaching, training and developing baristas
• Basic machine maintenance
• Outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for sharing your skills and knowledge.
• Desire to drive and develop both self and the business.
