We are are looking for a friendly and experienced barista and shift leader to join our team which is located on the first floor of French Connection on Oxford Street. You should have experience in the coffee industry, from making the perfect flat white to good knowledge of single origin coffees brewing methods with Chemex, V60, etc. We are looking for full-time and part-time positions. As we have multiple positions, we have various pay scales. Shift Leaders are also required to do orders, manage the small team, work in conjunction with French Connection management and adhere/manage opening and closing procedures, rotas, etc. Managing Health and Safety is also essential. Holiday pay and a French Connection uniform allowance are provided. Ideally, you can work weekends, and we plan shifts a month in advance.
