We are looking for one barista and head barista able to start immediately for our five days coffee shop Alfs near bank station. If you are looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work for an exciting company which values its employees then we want to hear from you.
An Alfs barista and head baristas work as part of a team in the Alfs shop to ensure all prepared drinks are served to the required Alfs standard. Both the barista and the head  barista should be available during all coffee trading peaks. At other trading times the coffee area should be covered by either a Barista or team member super to ensure that Barista prepared drinks are always delivered to a consistent standard. The head barista and barista roles ensure excellent barista prepared drink quality, knowledge, understanding and amazing service. The barista and head barista ensure efficient back counter operation, cleanliness, mantainance and team training. The role guarantees that customers always receive the drinks they expect.
