Tombo is an award winning Japanese matcha tea and food concept in London. We have cafes in Soho and South Kensington with a brand new cafe opening in Fitzrovia (north of Soho)
The Role:
We are looking for tea baristas and cafe staff to join our new friendly Fitzrovia team and brand spanking new cafe!
- You will make our delicious and award winning matcha and tea drinks and desserts
- Explain to customers about Poké sushi, matcha / green tea and up sell to help reach our targets
- Take order and serve customers providing a casual but fantastic customer experience
- Attract new customers and retain loyal ones
- Keep the cafe tidy, manage orders and deliveries
The Candidate:
- At least 1 years experience in a busy cafe / restaurant
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Ability to upsell and enjoy speaking to customers
- Knowledge of matcha and green tea beneficial but not essential
- Ability to make latte milk useful
- Table service experience
