Foxcroft and Ginger Battersea is a small café which serves a business centre and it's people in a private development. The company of Foxcroft and Ginger is an independent coffee house and bakery which has been open since 2010 and we pride ourselves of making everything in house and have built a great reputation for quality coffee.
For our Barista role in Battersea, we are looking for a strong Barista to who can multi-task, take orders and manage the small site, alongside the chef. You should share our commitment to excellence and enjoy working in a young, fast-paced, friendly and dynamic environment. This branch in Battersea is only open Monday - Fridays 8am - 4pm, so no evenings or weekend are needed! Nearest stations are Queenstown Road and Battersea Park.
The applicant must have a love for good food and drink. Good customer service skills and an energetic persona are needed. We serve beans from The Roasting Party with guest blends from other premium roasters.
You’d need to be confident preparing espresso, and be able to free pour latte art to a very high level. Knowledge of a non-automatic coffee machine would be useful. At least a years experience in a fast paced independent cafe is preferable, along with the ability to work well under pressure.
