Barista role overview:
* The ideal Barista will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming and presentation
* Barista training will be provided in-house and you must be at ease organizing teas and coffees at the highest standards
* As a Barista you will take pride working in Parcafe, frequently referred to as ‘The Dorchester's own artisanal coffee shop, serving a variety of delicious drinks and bites'
* As it is a fast paced environment, you must be prepared to show anticipation at every moment during the service and provide outstanding service while delivering the teas and coffees
