You need to be able to work well under pressure within a small, fun, lively and fast paced environment. You need to be professional, confident, have attention to detail and most importantly have excellent customer service skills.
Ideally, we're looking for people who are passionate about a career in specialty coffee and genuinely enjoy working in hospitality.
