Rosie and joe - baristas / team players.
We are a based in-between Soho and Covent Garden, and are looking for full time and part-time baristas to join our our passionate, fun and sassy family. We have a large diverse customer base, so you'll need to hold your own and will have a knack for making people smile and creating memorable experiences. You'll be the face of Rosie and Joe and your aim is to be the best part of someone's day. You'll need to be proactive, always preparing for what's next. Cleaning, stocking, and openly communicating what you need to your managers.
You’ll need to commit to cover 3 /4/ 5 days a week , oh and we are only open 07.30 - 16.00 Monday to Friday, so you’ll have your weekends free, boom! We offer unrivalled service, along with premium coffee and tea and because we are small, we create engaging promotions and events, check out our Insta. You’ll be working with another barista and setting up and closing the cart together, so you’ll need to be self discipled, interact with and embrace colleagues.
Coffee is King here (just don't tell Rosie) and you’ll be serving single origin Square Mile coffees, you’ll get ongoing training at their headquarters and on the job itself. You'll be using equipment such as a La Marzocco FB80 and EK43 / Mythos 1 - If you don't have the right skills we will provide training for the right person. Maybe that's YOU?
