Barista – London - Abokado – Min. 35 hours.

• Are you passionate, enthusiastic, hardworking and positive?
• Are you an exceptional Barista who creates delicious hand crafted coffees and enjoys making memorable experiences for customers?
• Do you understand grinder calibration and espresso extraction?
• Can you do latter art? This is preferred but not essential.

• We like to look after our family so this is a permanent full time position. We believe our team are worth more than zero hour contracts. 35 hours per week minimum contract.

• Your shifts will always be Monday-Friday (no weekends!) and it’s generally an early start from around 06:00.

• Once you’ve joined, if you then decide you’d like to develop your career with Abokado, there are lots of opportunities – over 60% of Abokado Managers joined us as Team Members and they can earn well over £30k per annum as a General Manager.
