We are looking for a Barista to join our Southfields store.
Responsibilities:
• To maintain brand standards
• Provide a consistently high quality product and service to customers
• Ensure that health and safety and highest standards of cleanliness are upheld at all times
Requirements:
• A good team player with plenty of self-motivation.
• Able to communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well presented and enthusiastic
• At home in a fast-moving, pressurized environment.
• Previous experience in working in a retail business ideally in a restaurant, bar and coffee shop arena is welcomed
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to use own initiative
• Proactive Attitude
• Capable of working under pressure with a calm approach
• Must have the right to work in the U.K
Hours:
The hours of trade will require flexibility.
