We are seeking an experienced full time barista for our restaurants based in South-West London.
Antipodea is founded on the principles of the Melbourne dining scene and it enjoys a relaxed informal atmosphere during the day and transforms into a more brasserie offering at night with truly world class food.
We are all about fresh produce that is ethically sourced and served in a welcoming environment. Our in-house gardener grows our own herbs fresh in each store. Our butcher produces our bacon, ham, chorizo and all aged meats in house. We even have our own bakery and patisserie where we make all our own bread, cakes and biscuits.

The ideal candidate must not only be passionate about coffee and an expert barista but also have relevant experience in working in high volume restaurants and cafes.

- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Customer focus and an eye for detail
- Personal organisation, enthusiasm with an ambitious attitude
- Ability to maintain standards as well as speed of service.

- Preparation and serving of hot and cold drinks
- Providing consistently high quality
- Working alongside the team to ensure all products are served in line with Brand Standards
- Deliver exceptional coffee
