Iddu is part of “South Kensington Club” a 25,000 sq ft heaven open from 6:30am to 1am which includes a Mediterranean restaurant serving healthy cuisine, a comfortable Members sitting room, a Voyagers club (organising expeditions), a state-of-the-art equipped gym, Turkish Hammam, Russian Banyas, a Watsu pool, treatment rooms, concierge service and more.

Job summary:
To provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to all our guest.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times
• Provide the highest possible standards of customer service ensuring guests are served in a polite, efficient, professional and friendly way.
• Take customer orders accurately and follow all steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the manager on duty is aware of any problems or issues relating to customer service.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the menu and drinks list in order to answer customer queries and make recommendations.
• Ensure Iddu is maintained in a safe manner, free of hazards, and that Iddu Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Demonstrate a pro-active approach to self-development.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company dress code.
• Share and deliver an amazing food and beverage experience with our customers
• To carry out any other duties as may be required by your duty manager
• Help in any area of Iddu when circumstances dictate.
