Florentine is an all-day dining restaurant and bar minutes from London South Bank’s trendy Lower Marsh and Waterloo, opposite Lambeth North tube station. Opened in Spring 2022, Florentine serves a Brasserie-style menu with a focus on flatbreads cooked in a wood-fired oven and our signature Ostrich egg dishes. Our bar features the best of British bubbles and craft Beers as well as a range of superfood cocktails, with DJ sessions throughout the evenings and weekends for a refreshing, relaxed vibe.
We are looking for individuals to join us that can:Keep your back of bar sparkling, clean and stocked for start of service Work with your Bar Team throughout service stocking your station correctly and effectively Replenish bar fridges with wine, champagne, beer, soft drinks, bar sundries and cut fruit Check all fresh produce is within the use by date Work with the cleaning Rota in the bar operations manual Correctly store all spirits, wines and champagnes in the bar cellar Collect and polish all dirty crockery and take them to designated wash pot Ensure store areas, cold rooms and cellars are kept immaculate at all times Passion for delivering excellent customer service Good mannered, sociable and prompt with an outgoing personality.
