At night, OPSO tranforms into a buzzing bar restaurant, serving cocktails inspired from Greek ingredients, made from our award-winning Mixologist. OPSO also serves a wide selection of new world, and European wines.
About the role
Successful candidates will have experience working in a high pace bar restaurant.
Bartenders will also be serving 12 dinners eating on the bar, so a good knowledge of customer service is required.
Candidates must have an excellent command of spoken and written English, enthusiasm, and have the ability to make guests feel welcome
We currently have opportunities for progression in bartender skills and management.
