Bar Back – Mayfair Gardens
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Back to join the team at Mayfair Garden our Chinese restaurant in Mayfair, London.
As Bar Back you will be expected to set up the Bar ready for service, effective stock replenishment throughout service, polishing glasses and assisting the bartenders with additional tasks, including mise-en-place.
The ideal Bar Back candidates will:
• Have previous experience working within a high profile, destination bar as a Bar Back
• Be a strong team player, highly motivated and have a “can do” attitude
• Be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the bar and the restaurant management team
• Be well presented with the ability to communicate effectively
