Your role
Inspired by the Café Royal Cocktail Book compiled in 1937, the Green Bar at Hotel Café Royal is a vibrant cocktail destination welcoming both visitors and hotel guests. Your role will be to warmly welcome all guests in a friendly and engaging manner. You will be familiar with all food and beverage items on the menu and will be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately.
Your profile
• A natural elegance and passion for providing a luxurious level of service that is personalised, confident and calm
• A background in a similar role, ideally gained within a brasserie in a luxury hotel, a casual fine dining restaurant or the like is advantageous but not essential.
• Good knowledge and appreciation of food and beverages
• Your communication skills will be exceptional with the confidence to build strong working relationships and connect with guests visiting us from all over the world - fluent level of spoken English is essential and another language is advantageous
• Immaculate personal grooming
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts
