What we are looking for:- to be an ambassador of the service culture of Marcus Wareing Restaurants- previous waiting experience in London is beneficial- interest in contributing to the operational running of the bar- outgoing personality- able to naturally engage with our guest and anticipate their needs- great attention to detail- real passion to deliver the highest levels of service- enthusiastic, quick thinking with a can do attitude- a strong command of English is also needed to maintain and improve our standardsof service Please note, this is a floor-based role and does not involve bartending duties.
