We and are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join and to lead our bar team at our new restaurant Antipodea Richmond, part of a larger growing restaurant group. 
Antipodea will be set in Richmond and will be a beautifully designed, warm and inviting restaurant. Founded on the principles of the Melbourne dining scene it will have a relaxed informal atmosphere during the day and transform into a more brasserie style offering at night with truly world class food.
We already have six restaurants in south west London that are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and our company is rapidly growing and opening 20 new restaurants in the next 2 years. 
The ideal candidate will be passionate about cocktails and bar service.
We deliver a consistent and fantastic range of food and beverage and want to maintain the excellence we are renowned for as we grow.

Responsibilities will include: 
- Assisting our Group Head Barista in evolving the cocktail range
- Training other bar staff members in bar service
- Ensure each and every customer leaves with a great experience
- Having consistent excellence in Food, Health and Safety 
- Driving consistent brand standards
