Bartender and waiters required at Sardine, located in Islington off of City Road.
Sardine couples its Provence inspired menu with an array of cocktails, both classic and house, built upon the flavours of Southern France.
Our bartenders are required to make small batch cocktail mixes, have a healthy knowledge of classic cocktails, and a basic understanding of Old World wines.
Our waiters are required to hold down busy sections, while maintaining polished and friendly service.
Approximately 40 hours a week (flexible), at a competitive hourly wage. Weekend availability a must.
