Villiers cafe and bar is looking for an experienced Bar Tender. Barista skills a bonus but not essential.
It is important to have strong knowledge of cocktails and wine as well as experience on a busy floor - within your role you will need to take responsibility for the bar, its cleanliness and general maintenance. You can have input into the cocktail menu when it is seasonally changed.
Open daily from 7am to midnight we offer coffee and breakfast right through to the end of the day dinner, cocktails and wine. We have 50 covers spread over the bar and the dining area.
We are looking for someone:
Minimum two years experience in a similar role
A team player
Fast on your feet, reliable and dynamic
A strong communicator who excels in customer service
A natural seller who has confidence
£8.50 - £10 per hour dependant on experience - plus tips
28 days holiday a year
Daily target bonuses
Vital you are able to work evenings.
Villiers is located between Embankment tube and Charing Cross station.
This is a full time, permanent position.
