Job title: Bar Tender
The role requires the following skills and qualifications:
• Should have a excellent knowledge as Wine Sommelier you will be responsible for helping and developing the wine service in the restaurant and duties will include offering a full wine service to guests and therefore you will have a thorough knowledge of all menu and wine list offerings and have the ability to advise each guest on certain wines and offer food and wine combinations.
• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
• We are currently looking for Part time and Full time bartenders
with a mix of daytime and evening hours, ranging. You should be
able to travel comfortably to and from the venue late at night, and
be flexible in your availability for a wide range of shifts, but will be
expected to work friday saturday nights on a consistent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of all standard production and service at the bar
• Implement a training programme for the bartender and the floor
staff for cocktail and spirit knowledge.
• Develop, in relation with the entire bar team, the next cocktail
menu, equalling and even going beyond what the current team has
achieved.
• Handle relations with supplier, help maintenance of the stock level
and the spirit selection.
