Here at Brew Dog we are on a mission to make people as Passionate about great craft Beer as we are. Our bars are on the front line of this mission and we need you to help deliver it.
Since we opened our first bar in 2010 we have blazed the trail in setting up hop Havens accord the UK, and thousands of people have experienced the joys of the best beer the world has to offer. As a member of the team you are the customer’s guide as they discover great craft beer, whether they're a certified craft beer geek or a total newbie.
As you educate and excite people about craft beer you will be working with the most passionate and energetic people in the industry. Be ready to walk, talk, eat, breathe and most of all, drink, craft beer, and help others to do the same.
As you teach the joys of beer we to others will offer amazing training and opportunities to develop your own beer knowledge and the environment to develop yourself! The Cicerone® programme will help you achieve Craft Beer greatness, and we will reward you for passing. We also offer epic professional development opportunities such as ILM level 3 and Customer Service Management Training.
Working within one of our bars is not just a job, it can be the start of an amazing career. Last year over 70% of our senior managers hires came from within our bars. This is where it can all begin and we will support you to get where you want!

Customer service experience, whether in retail or hospitality, is a definite bonus.
We're looking for personable, chatty, dog-and-human loving individuals who can get to know our customers and act as their guide through the world of craft beer.
No beer knowledge is necessary, but a willingness to learn and discover these Beery realms is essential. Full training is provided, but we need you to be enthusiastic and excited to get Stuck in.
