Shannon Pubs Ltd is looking for a Supervisor for its Farringdon site.
The ideal candidate will hold a personal licence but we are willing to train you to this level if you have enough experience. Wages are dependant on licence and experience.
Duties include:
Food and beverage service
Cash reconciliation
Stock control
Cellar Management
Dealing with customer enquiries/complaints
Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness
You should:
be confident, outgoing and personable
have great communication skills
be able to work as part of a team
have initiative and good common sense
have a minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry
You will work approximately. 40 hrs per week over 5 days (this will include weekends)
