Supervisors Responsibilities -
Must have minimum 3-5 years bar/hospitality experience.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Food service experience an advantage.
Responsible for day to day of the front of house.

Setting up Bar and Floor for service.
Typing out Menus provided by our chef.
Oversee set up of functions Groups and Parties.
Generic Social Media.
Cellar Management (Training given to all applicants).
Checking in Deliveries.
Ordering using build to list.
Maintenance logs.
Team leadership skills and training.
Area Checks, Cellar, Terrace, Back Yard, The Baulk.

This is a shared role with an overlap with another supervisor on busy days or function events also can require occasional split shifts.
