We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor for a contemporary Middle Eastern Restaurant and Lounge, situated in Knightsbridge. An exciting opportunity for an experienced bartender or head bartender to join our team at Mamounia Lounge Knightsbridge.
You will be responsible for implementing a culture of exceptional customer service as well as a flair for creating and managing our extensive cocktail and wine repertoire.
The ideal candidate will have previous managing/supervising experience, as this role involves looking after a team of 5 exceptional bartenders. The Bar Supervisor will bring strong understanding of wines, craft Beers, classic cocktail and spirits.
Your duties will Include but are not limited to:
Managing a team, recruiting, training and motivating your staff
Doing regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary
Handling deliveries
Communicating effectively with your team, other managers and the kitchen.
Keeping up to date with licensing legislation.
Enforcing health and safety rules
Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cash flow
Exceptional client handling while building rapport.
Upselling existing and new products and Revenue Maximisation.
Maintaining the bar to an exceptional standard.
Previous bar supervising experience is required as well as a good command of the English language and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. If you think you tick all the boxes, please send your CV.
