We know what it’s like to start a new job, especially if it’s your first. It can be nerve wracking especially if you don’t know anyone. Never fear, our Ambassadors are there to help you. Amadou, Tony and Nicola are just 3 of the wonderful people that you will meet on your shifts. They are there to help you with anything you need.
// REQUIRED SKILLS //
Have no experience as a bartender? Doesn’t matter, we are there every step of the way to support you in your job. You will have an initial induction at our office and after that you have access to a number of training materials to look up whenever you want. Also you can come in for further training if you still feel at all nervous. We’ve got your back!
All you have to be is enthusiastic, polite, friendly and able to work hard. If you have that we can teach you the rest.
However if you do have experience then be sure to tell us as we’ll definitely have some more experienced roles for you too!

To become part of the Lola ‘tribe’ you will firstly undergo a phone interview. If you are successful, you will be invited for a face to face interview with us. Those who rock the face to face interview will be welcome to join us here at Lola!
They will then get access to our unique staffing system which allows you to search for jobs at your leisure and apply for whatever you whichever jobs you want. Track your shifts and all the information about every shift that you do!
