Bar staff
Looking for energetic, cheerful bar staff with experience in fast paced environments. Must be able to work late weekends (shifts usually finish around 2.15am), and have brilliant customer service. You'll be working in a fast, noisy and crowded environment, so please only apply if this suits. We make very simple drinks, so no flair bartenders or cocktail aficionados. An all rounder with food (particularly pizza) experience is desirable, but not necessary. Starting at £10 per hour. Part time, approximately 20 - 25 hours per week.
Assistant manager/shift supervisor
Looking for a shift supervisor with at least two years experience in a fast paced bar. Your role will be hands on and you will be behind the bar, and interacting with customers and leading staff just as much (if not more) than you will be doing back office work. You will be familiar with compliance systems, and be able to set standards and train staff to those standards. Customer service will be at the front of your mind and you should be energetic with a 'can do' attitude. Working late weekends is a must. Commercial kitchen is desirable but not essential. Holding a personal license is desirable but not essential. Salary commensurate with experience but as a guide starting at £25k/annum pro rata. This position may be part time or full time, so let us know what would work for you.
