We are on the hunt for an extra person (or two!) to join our excellent front of house team at our busy pub and backpacker hostel on the Isle of Dogs.
While some previous bar experience would obviously be an advantage, we place much more value on having the right people in our team. You can learn just about anything except a personality! So, the kind of person / people we are looking for would be Uber-friendly, enthusiastic, eager to learn and progress, hard-working and the kind of person that takes pride in their work.
Customer service is incredibly important to us so you must be able to speak fluent English and converse easily with the customers while going about your normal duties.
We'll provide you with:
A starting wage of £7.50 moving to £8.00 after 3 months
Online training with industry recognised qualifications
A 50% discount on food and a 30% discount in drink at any of our Central London venues
Enrollment in our BETTER training program that will provide you with all the tools you need to be a huge success
The opportunity to progress into more senior roles within the Pub Love family and earn more as we take over London!
