Burdock and Aviary, owned by ETM Group, are two venues within the 5* Montcalm hotel, newly opened in Finsbury Square. This chic destination hotel features stunning decor, exquisite fittings, exciting menus and a stellar team. The drinks list features fresh, botanical, seasonal cocktails, fine wines and tank beer. Aviary is set to be the City's hottest new opening, set on the hotel's 10th floor, with a rooftop bar and amazing views, it's an exciting and glamorous place to work!
We are currently looking for both cocktail bartenders to serve both bar and restaurant guests and Bar Support staff.
Working as part of a dynamic and fun team, the ideal Bar Tender candidates will have bags of enthusiasm, a friendly and approachable manner, a love for taking care of customers, and a passion for great food, drinks and service. experience of cocktail bartending and working in a quality bar setting is a distinct advantage.
Bar Support candidates will also have bags of enthusiasm, a drive to work within a team environment, friendly and accommodating, with attention to detail. With opportunities to learn and develop, future training for the bar will be provided for the right candidates.
