We are looking for full time and part-time bar staff to join our team at Burger and Lobster, West India Quay
As a bartender you will have extensive Cocktail and Spirit knowledge, whilst having a flare for mixology and creating new Cocktail concepts, plus your finger will be on the pulse on what’s going on in the drinks industry.
What characteristics we are looking for:
• A person with bags of personality, energy and drive
• The ideal Cocktail Bartender applicant will have a clear focus on quality, awareness of high standards, a desire to impress and an eye for detail
• Comfortable starting a conversation with anyone so your guests can confess their sins
