The Italian Job sets out to expand and bring the best of craft beer to key areas of the city.
The first Italian craft beer pub company in the UK is currently looking for enthusiastic and open minded individuals to join the ranks of our team.  You will start in our core venue,  and get all necessary training working in the first Italian craft beer gastropub in the UK, with 12 rotating taps of craft beer, over 30 individual bottled beer styles, a splendid wine selection and an elegantly sophisticated choice of legendary spirits.

In the hands of our extremely talented head chef, our menu spans a variety of stylistic contemporary and traditional fine cuisine and gastropub dishes, always with an Italian twist, constantly expanding with special, seasonal and one-off dishes.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a never ending will to learn, together with a passion for great customer service.
We'll provide full training and mentor you on the ways of craft beer, floor service and food knowledge, adjusting your learning curve and ensuring you always achieve our high standards of sales quality.
You will work closely with your colleagues, maintaining an efficient level of communication, following your manager's directions to push sales, express the company values and entertain your customers. You will greet customers, serve tables and take care of every aspect of the restaurant and kitchen waiting space. You will ensure an uncanny standard of hygiene and quality control is maintained on a daily basis.
Due to its rapid expansion, the company will focus on your personal growth, with open future offers in our projected opening venues.
- Previous floor,  bar and customer relations experience a plus.
