Venture Hostels offers high occupancy and  outstanding budget accommodation catering for backpackers, families and groups. We are looking for a Receptionist/Bar Tender to assist in the daily operations of the hostel.
You will support the team by:

Offering a quality experience for our customers;
Ensuring the smooth operation of the hostel/bar and its systems.
Ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests/customers.

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge of property management systems (PMS/CMS) is preferred;
Creative problem solving skills;
A confident, outgoing personality
Enthusiasm, creativity and initiative;
Excellent administrative skills;
The ability to assist in managing a small and close-knit team of staff; and.
A strong commitment to customer service.
Previous experience with a similar role is an essential requirement.

In our bar, we are a lively hidden gem bar with a heavy focus on fresh, exciting cocktails, great range of craft beer and good time vibes. We specialise in serving a variety of high quality cocktails, craft Beers, wines, spirits and we are looking someone new to join our bar Familia.
To match our fun and adventurous environment we are looking for the following staff:
AN EXPERIENCED BARTENDER/Cocktail experience (Preferred but not essential)
We’re looking for a charming and charismatic bartender to work with us:
•With at least 1 years’ experience as a Bartender.
•Outgoing with good Banter, a genuine passion for making smiles and creating an exceptional experience for our customers.
•Keen eye for attention to detail and genuine thirst for knowledge in the hospitality and drinks industry.
•Eager sense of curiosity means you’re always seeking to improve with a foundation based on commonsense and enjoying hard work.
•Good knowledge of spoken English and ability to work with money, tills and most importantly working with humans.
