Besides, we can’t put the things we’re looking for into a simple job description. We can’t sum up someone’s character, their laugh, their get-the-job-done-brilliantly determination. That’s who we’re after.You don’t necessarily need to have experience. If you’ve worked in a pub before, of course, that’s great. If you haven’t, you just need a go-getting attitude.
