Bar Manager for New Ottolenghi Restaurant

We are currently recruiting an inspiring and passionate Bar Manager to play a key role in the smooth opening and running of our new operation. The Bar Manager role reports to the General Manager and you will have lots of space and freedom to create amazing drinks, train a passionate team and drive sales.
The new Central London site will open in a few months, in keeping with the NOPI style of food and service. The exciting and inventive approach of Ottolenghi cuisine will continue, but with a stronger focus on vegetables and highly selective sustainable produce. The innovative wine list will be dedicated to low-intervention wines.

Responsibilities of the Bar Manager:

Creating a positive image and environment, while enhancing all working relationships.
Effective day to day management of the bar team.
Monitoring and managing Health and Safety and compliance systems.
Monitoring and managing stock and ordering.
Sourcing best value and implementing cost savings.
Contract management of cleaning, security, maintenance, waste.
