184 Is a brand new independent opening in Notting Hill.
On the ground floor there is a 40 cover all day restaurant serving a fresh, modern British Menu with a wood-fired grill section, plenty of international flavours and a strong plant-based offering.
The basement houses a further 40 covers and will be focused on cocktails and sharing plates.
We are looking for a bar manager with bags of personality who is hard working and loves making the customers experience a special one. Previous experience with cocktails is essential and ideally, you will have at least two years experience in a management role with considerable wine and coffee knowledge.
Your role will include:
- Helping with the drinks menu creation and evolution
- Maintaining exceptional high standards for the two bars
- Back of house admin including creating rotas, ordering and regular stock takes
- Training staff to ensure great service to our guests
- Contributing to the fun, hard working environment
