Venue: Percy and Founders, Fitzrovia
Salary Package: £30,000 - £32,000
Percy and Founders, a 200 cover restaurant and bar, which opened in April 2015 in the heart of Fitzrovia, London. Open all day every day, Percy and Founders is an exciting new social destination offering Londoners everything from a morning coffee or breakfast through to lunch, dinner and evening cocktails.
A series of spaces are designed to suit different needs at different times of the day welcoming both reservations and casual walk-ins.The menu features simple British and modern European food.
We need you to be;
• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a desire to be best of class
• Experienced in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
• People focused who enjoys leading and driving a team
• Commercial business acumen
• Extensive knowledge of wine, WSET qualifications would be an advantage
• Drive and desire to make Percy and Founders a success
• Experienced in running a busy cocktail bar
• Knowledge of all back of house duties including; stocktakes, ordering, and team management
