1. Do you have extensive* bar / pub experience in a managerial/supervisory position? Then hooray, you can go straight to the last paragraph.
Other things that will be very helpful: cocktail knowledge (proper cocktail training even better), personal licence, interest in games (this will make your work so much more enjoyable), managerial experience, ability to connect all those cables to consoles, projectors and speakers so that they work.
You will be expected to do pretty much everything. Bar shifts, admin, stock control, training, setting routines and making sure they are done, solving all those everyday quests and challenges any bar will offer. You will also get a lot of help from our friendly head office team, which is 50% our other bar managers, just like you!
Full time, 40 hours a week. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
