Bar Manager- Soho Restaurant - West End - to £35,000
Bar Manager required for a busy high end casual dining restaurant in central London's West End. We are looking for confident people who have specific experience managing Restaurant based Bars. You must have a very good command of English and must have a strong, confident and outgoing personality with a passion for food, wine and the service industry. We really need quality people who are very presentable, friendly, and fantastic at ensuring excellence in customer experience every time.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a clear commitment to the hospitality industry through a steady work history running restaurant based bars. Traditional formal training is well received however it is also essential that candidates are able to show an ability to apply traditional formal training and skill-set into what is a high end informal dining environment. Personable character, friendliness, flexibility are therefore equally essential.
