We are looking for an outstanding Bar Manager to join The Blues Kitchen Shoreditch.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and creative Bar Manager to contribute to delivering the unique service experiences to our guests that Columbo is known for.
As Bar Manager within Columbo some of your key duties will include the training and development of the bar staff, to recruit within the company culture to keep turnover low, to manage wet stocks to maximize General Practitioner % and minimise wastage to meet or exceed financial targets, to own the wet product offering creatively, spotting trends in the market and staying ahead of the curve. You will be expected to understand H and S requirements to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness in the bar.
One of the most important attributes we are looking for in a Bar Manager is that you genuinely care about making someone’s experience memorable and enjoy the feeling that this brings. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, a genuine passion for people development and a real appetite for delivering great hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
