We are looking for a competent, experienced bar manager to lead the team in our small but busy Islington pub.
Essential qualities:
Clear LEADERSHIP skills.
The ability to MOTIVATE staff, especially during busy periods, and also be able to tell them kindly when they are doing something wrong but keep the working environment fun.
A head for PROBLEM SOLVING when an issue arises, eg. We run out of gas or the card machine goes down etc.
Cellar management experience including line cleaning.
A very cheerful and upbeat disposition along with a real ENTHUSIASM for the job.
Some IDEAS of how to boost sales or put on some new events.
£10 Per hour, plus bonuses for new ideas and proof of going above and beyond!
