ForFukSake in Dalston is looking for a Part Time Manager to join our small passionate team.

We are looking for a resourceful, articulate and proactive individual with strong administrative/organisational skills, strong links to the local area with a desire to put on their own nights.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience, being able to comfortably handle time sensitive deadlines and manage their time. We require somebody that is able to work well both independently and as part of a productive team, easily demonstrating the motivational and multi-tasking abilities required to meet demanding deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards.
The growing nature of ForFukSake means that duties range from front-of-house work to staff recruitment, marketing and promotion, accounting and stock control. The role requires strong management, commercial and practical skills. As Bar Manager, you must constantly adapt to ensure that the business is profitable, pleasant and safe and that it is run in accordance with the law and ethical guidelines.
The possession of a clean Personal License is a must.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
20 Hours a Week (Thursday, Fri and Saturday ) initially then aim to increase to full time role.
