Croydon most fun cocktail bar is looking for a new manager to join their team!
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our growing team as Bar Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced front of house and bar person to manage a newly establish team of staff.

Highlights of this role include:-

- Showing vision and competency in successful management of all aspects of bar management.
- Overseeing the successful running of the bar and front of house maximising on sales of beverages.
- Working closely with the owners to suits all needs and expectations.
- Managing stock effectively and ensuring a consistently high wet gross profit rate.
- Management, motivation, coaching and development of all staff.
- Taking control of staff, including DJ, cleaners, bar backs, security, waitresses etc.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Showing real commitment in meeting operational standards and delivering on KPI's.

Successful candidates will require -

- Management and hospitality experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Health and Safety conscious with considerable understanding of operations within the hospitality sector.
- The ability to lead from the front, have an eye for detail regarding service and standards, be highly organised and have effective people management skills, being able to delegate effectively up and down the ladder in order to manage our brewery tap.
- Product knowledge - to have experience of working with cocktails and enjoys being creative with them!
